Genesis of World Telugu IT Council

The World Telugu Information Technology Council (WTITC) is a non-profit organization founded with the aim of bringing together all stakeholders of the Information Technology ecosystem from Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, the two Telugu-speaking states of India. Our organization seeks to unite students, IT employees, colleges, universities, IT service providers, IT corporate companies, IT departments, investors, industries, and other entities involved in the IT industry. The WTITC was founded in 2023 and aims to work towards creating a robust IT ecosystem that drives innovation, growth, and employment in these two states.

At the World Telugu Information Technology Council, we strive to achieve our objectives by organizing conferences, events, and webinars aimed at bringing together the Telugu IT ecosystem, sharing knowledge, and promoting collaboration. We organize training programs, boot camps, and hackathons to help Telugu IT professionals improve their skills and expertise, and provide mentorship programs to support budding entrepreneurs and startups in the Telugu IT industry.

We work with government agencies, investors, and other stakeholders to promote investment in the Telugu IT industry, encouraging companies to set up their operations in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh states. We also encourage research and development in the Telugu IT industry by providing funding and support to research institutions and startups.

Founder & Chairman

Sandeep Makthala

Mr. Sundeep Kumar Makthala is the Global President of the World Telugu Information Technology Council. He has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, having worked with leading companies in India and abroad. He is a well-known thought leader in the Telugu IT ecosystem, having spoken at various industry forums and events.

WTITC is the brainchild of Sundeep Kumar to unite all Telugu IT employees, industries, and other stakeholders to one platform of mutual collaboration. He is passionate about promoting innovation, collaboration, and entrepreneurship in the Telugu states. He is committed to driving growth and development in the region by attracting investment and creating quality employment opportunities for Telugu people
